Short version:
I respect your attention and your data. I only use what you give me to help you. I don’t sell it. I don’t spam you. I don’t play games.
Longer version :
1. Permission means something.
If you share your information with me, I assume you’re doing it because you want something in return: an answer, a conversation, help with a problem, etc.
That’s the deal: You give me implicit permission to contact you; I use it to help you.
Not to annoy you. Not to “nurture” you. Not to sneak you onto a list you didn’t ask for.
2. What I collect (and why)
Anonymous data (cookies):
Like most websites, I use cookies to understand what’s working and what’s not. This data is aggregated and anonymous. I’m looking for patterns, not people.
Information you choose to give me:
If you fill out a form, I’ll collect whatever you put into it. Usually, those are things like your name, email, and message.
I use that information to:
- Respond to you
- Answer your question
- Decide if a follow-up makes sense
3. What I don’t do
- I do not add you to a mailing list without explicit permission. (That means it’s clearly stated, so you know what you’re signing up for.)
- I do not sell your data
- I do not rent your data
- I do not share your data with third parties for marketing
If that changes, this policy will change first.
4. Email and follow-ups
If you contact me, I may reply. That’s the point.
I might follow up if it seems helpful. I will not start sending you newsletters, promotions, or “just checking in” emails unless you explicitly sign up for that. (OK, maybe a checking-in email, but only if our previous interaction warrants it.)
5. Your data, your control
If you want me to delete your information, just ask. No hoops, no drama.
6. Changes to this policy
If I update this, it will still follow the same principle:
Your data is used to benefit you.
If that principle changes, something has gone very wrong.
7. Questions?
If you have questions about how your data is used, just reach out.
